If you ever knew anyone who decided that they wanted to do this-be that you read everything closely and choose to make those payments DIRECTLY TO THE LENDER! So that you have the receipts showing that you were the one making those payments. I have had people here ask what do they do after having been making payments to the owner who apparently, never paid the bank. They trusted and while my first inclination is also to trust, it is NOT prudent to do so when you have the most to lose. If they make the payments then they have anything to lose! In effect if they make the payments, the bank is the new owner so even if they have "equity" it giving them any benefit, is it? It can be easy but, be cautious. If I were to set this up I would want the buyer to prove they have paid the lender to the Seller (or get out of the I would probably as the seller ask them for at least 3 months of "rent" so that I had time to get someone else in the if the "buyer" defaulted or pay. As a buyer I would expect to make payments for at least a year before I went to the Lender and asked that the loan be transferred into my name with perhaps a lower interest rate? At that time they will have proof that you have paid and paid on time for over a year and that you are reliable and so they should consider this arrangement with you. See? Good luck.

You need to find out who has the loan on the truck and see if you can negotiate with the lender.

If this has put a lot of money in to this piece of equipment, he will want you to pay him something on top of the loan amount.

Be very careful that no one signs anything without a lawyer reading the paperwork over.

As the guy above me said, this could be a scam and if you make the payments without some form of legal contract, the guy will keep the truck and any money you sank in to it.

Sounds like a scam to me as loans in the US are not transferable. If your father makes the payments, the other guy gets to keep the truck. The only way it works is if your father buys the truck from this "guy that your father knows" and the guy pays off his debt.

Conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans (and like incestors) loans are not assumable. FHA and VA loans are assumable but they require a qualifying assumption which means you must qualify similar to if you were purchasing.

The day of simply walking in and taking over payments is pretty much a thing of the past. Too many sellers and lenders got burned by defaulting blind assumptors.

What size is the tank?
Was it cycled prior to getting the fish?
Does it have a filter?

Just because fish come from mean that they have an automatic death sentence and you completely blame them for the fish dying. also how you care for it as well. 1 Goldfish needs at least a 20 gallon tank for their adult size and 10 gallons extra for every additional fish so you tank should be 40 gallons.

If they had any type of disease, not diagnosing and treating it properly, bad water quality and small tank size can all decrease a chances of survival.

i dont like going there.
also, radio shack that impressive, i preferred circuit city but they went bankrupt
so maybe because big names, and has a whole lot of junk in there (its not actually truly cheap either, its kind of a lie. we went to staples or something before and bought more but it still cost less than wallmart)

That happened on my T-Mobile awhile back. I had to call them and they fix it. I had to go and buy a new SIMS card and then call the new SIM card into T-Mobile. Once you get locked up like that they reverse it. I had to call T-Mobile from a pay phone cause my cell is all I use at home. You need to go call Cingular from a land line or someone cell.

I might be that your turn-over (or also called snap down) out of your round off is slow and/or loose. A hand(s) is sometimes as much a way to get you to sit back as anything A really strong round-off should have backward momentum upon landing. Really listen to your instructor on how your round-off looks and how tight it is (loose tumbleing work and can be dangerous), and work on the snap-down. Hope this helps.

1) Definitely an in-shape, toned body. I mean, you don't have to be muscular everywhere, as long as you're not chubby.
2) Girls like natural hair. A guy who spends more time on his hair is just a pretty boy. Don't use gel or any products. Just go natural.
3) Doesn't matter what brand, as long as you smell good. Girls LOVE guys who smell good. It makes him automatically more attractive because we want to be around a good smelling guy. I like curve. Axe is overrated.
4) Again, whatever style is yours. Don't change your style just for a girl. Either she likes you or she doesn't. With that said though, skinny jeans, skater shoes and v-neck shirts are NOT attractive. I repeat, NOT attractive…
